Women’s Health Portfolio and Products Manager (M/F)

Innova Medical Group is specialized in innovative solutions for the rapid screening and diagnosis of infectious diseases, reproductive and women’s and health, and chronic diseases. In Europe, the company is currently preparing for the launch of a full range of products in the field of reproductive and women’s health named PHRONESIA, comprising of both classics and innovative products & solutions. In this context, Innova Medical Group is looking for his/her EU Women’s Health Portfolio and Products Manager.

 

Overall Job Description


The incumbent will be responsible for the Portfolio and Products planning and execution throughout the lifecycle, including defining Portfolio & Products vision, developing and executing marketing working closely with all the functions, and following up actions and results. The scope of action includes rapid screening and in vitro diagnostics tests and solutions for reproductive & women’s health, both performed by healthcare professionals at point-of-use and by lay-people. He/she will be reporting to the a Senior position within Innova Medical Group.

 

Key responsibilities include:


Market knowledge & analysis :

• Analyzing the results (sell-in and sell-out growth) of the Products in the PHRONESIA Portfolio
• Carrying out competitive intelligence (launch, scientific and commercial communication)
• Ensuring continuous analysis of VOCs to drive continuous improvement of customer experience and anticipation of customers’ needs & expectations for new products & solutions
• Developing market projections for new Products & Solutions
• Understanding the needs of customers beyond Products (services to offer…)

Strategic and operational Marketing :
• Participating in the development of the Marketing & Communication strategy of the PHRONESIA brand at the global level
• For EU, defining the strategic plan (medium-term brand plan) and the tactical plan (short-term marketing plan) for the PHRONESIA brand and the associated products
• In particular, driving choices for the PHRONESIA brand, to tailor launches, pricing, trade activation and marketing (digital, social media, influence, OOH…)
• Fine-tuning the value proposition associated to the PHRONESIA brand
• Defining and developing a set of services for both professionals and lay-users that would support this value proposition
• Developing marketing tools such as promotional material and patient brochures with internal teams (regulatory) and external service providers (creation agency, studio, printer)
• Ensuring the operational implementation of the plans defined in compliance with the timing and budget provided
• Disseminating to sales forces
• Making sure all materials are continuously up to date (website, brochures…)
• Participating in the organization of events: congresses, webinars, PR
• Participating in the development of product sheets for referencing with wholesaler and e-commerce sites

 

Required Skills and Experience


• Must have a higher education of the type Bac +5 (engineers, pharmacist or graduates of a management school)
• Must have 3-5 years of successful experience in the food supplement/OTC/cosmetics/consumer health field in a similar position
• Must have an experience working on retail pharmacies
• Must have a strong demonstrated interest in the women’s health/femtech topic. A previous experience in this field would be a plus
• Must have a fluent level of French and English. Other EU language is a plus
• Must have strong project management skills
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative group
